User Data Deletion

You can delete the data Zeolai holds about you at any time. We describe all the data we store in our Privacy Policy. Any of the options below removes it.

Option 1 — Delete from inside Zeolai

• To remove a single Instagram account: log in, open Accounts and click Disconnect. Its access token and all its scheduled posts are deleted immediately.
• To delete everything: open Accounts → Danger zone → Delete my account & data. Your user profile, connected Instagram accounts, access tokens and posts are permanently deleted immediately.

Option 2 — Remove the app from Instagram

1. Open Instagram and go to Settings and activity.
2. Tap Website permissions → Apps and websites.
3. Find Zeolai under Active and tap Remove.

Instagram then notifies us automatically. We immediately stop publishing, delete the access token, the connected account and its scheduled posts, and give you a confirmation code you can use on this page to check the status.

Option 3 — Remove the app from TikTok

1. Open TikTok and go to Profile → Menu → Settings and privacy.
2. Tap Security and permissions → Apps and services permissions.
3. Find Zeolai and tap Remove access.

TikTok then notifies us automatically. We immediately stop publishing to that account and revoke its access. You can delete the remaining account record and its scheduled posts with Option 1 or by emailing us.

Option 4 — Remove access from your Google account

Open myaccount.google.com/permissions, select Zeolai and choose Delete all connections. This immediately stops YouTube uploads and Google sign-in. Delete the remaining account data with Option 1 or by emailing us.

Option 5 — Email us

Send a request from the email address of your account to michaellytvyn.master@gmail.com with the subject "Data deletion request". We will confirm and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What is not deleted

Posts already published to Instagram, TikTok or YouTube remain there. You can delete them in those apps. We may retain minimal records where required by law (e.g. security logs), which are automatically removed after 90 days.
